FEEDING GUIDELINES: A general feeding guideline for adult pets is 2% of their body weight per day. This recommendation should be used as a GENERAL GUIDELINE. Every pet is unique. The amount of food to feed your pet should be based on the size, weight and activity level of your pet. If he is small, under weight or active, you may feed up to 7% of his body weight. If he is large, older or less active you may feed 2-3% of their body weight. For puppies/kittens and lactating females you may feed 2-3 times more per day. It is the pet owners responsibility to decide the amount of food based on these variables.
